Send us a drawing (DWG / DXF / STEP / IGES / STL / PDF, up to 15 MB) with your requirement notes. After PO we run a paid sampling round with the matched foundry or forge; only on your sign-off do we release bulk production.
Our casting & forging capability is built for custom components. Share your CAD files, technical drawings, or samples, and we will match you with the manufacturer best suited to produce them.
Our team reads drawings — material, tolerance, heat treatment, surface finish, and standard. We push back on suppliers who quote something the drawing doesn't allow, which means fewer surprises at machine-side.
- Accept DWG, DXF, STEP, IGES, STL, ZIP and PDF drawings — up to 15 MB.
- Paid sampling after PO; sign-off before bulk.
- Materials: grey iron, SG iron, carbon and alloy steels, stainless, non-ferrous.
- Machining to IT7–IT8 routinely; IT6 where required.
- Coatings in-line: zinc plating, HDG, powder-coat, epoxy.
Payment terms: 100% advance for standard orders. Custom casting & forging requires paid sampling after PO confirmation.

Once we have the spec, quantity and destination, a first-cut quotation typically comes back within one business day. Complex custom items (casting / forging with drawings) may take 2–3 days while we align a foundry or forge and price the sampling round.
English, Hindi, and Gujarati fluently. Written correspondence in English is always fine — most of our international buyers work in English.
Our working window is 9 AM – 9 PM IST, Monday to Saturday. Urgent enquiries on Sunday still get replies — usually the same day if a phone message is sent, always by Monday morning IST.
Yes. Buyers meeting us in person to walk through a project or visit a manufacturing partner are very welcome. Please give us a week's notice so we can align factory visits and travel arrangements around your itinerary.
Yes. Send us your standard NDA and we will sign and return it before receiving proprietary drawings. If you would like our NDA template instead, we can share one on request.
